报告题目：On regular integer and its symmetric von Neumann inverse modulo q

摘 要： Let q>2 be an integer, an integer a is said to be regular modulo q if there exists an integer b such that a^2 b\equiv a \mod q. In this talk, I will introduce a new generalization of the classical Kloosterman sum named as regular Kloosterman sum and prove an upper bound for it. Then by using the upper bound, properties of regular integers and trigonometric sums, I will study the distribution properties about the regular integer and its symmetric von Neumann inverse modulo q and give some asymptotic formulas.
简 介：徐哲峰，西北大学图书馆馆长、数学学院教授、博士生导师。主要从事数论及其应用方面的研究工作，在国内外期刊上发表学术论文40余篇。先后主持国家自然科学基金项目4项、陕西省自然科学基金项目3项。获陕西省科学技术奖二等奖2项、三等奖2项及陕西省教学成果奖一等奖1项。
